Take your kids out for a fun bike ride, either near your house, or if the kids are older, take them on a bike trail. Since it’s a hot summer day, make sure to bring water!

Math can be fun and delicious! Can you count how many chocolate chips are in each cookie? This is a great activity you can do at home during snack time using crackers, berries, or any kind of treat!
August 6th
Jump, sing, dance, and have fun! Today's activity incorporates yoga and music to boost body awareness and mindfulness.
